My Spiritual Toolkit

As a spiritual coach, I’m often asked about the tools I use in my daily practice. This page offers a glimpse into the items I personally treasure, such as incense, journals, candles, and more. Along the way, I also share a few additional tools that I recommend to clients, as they support reflection, creativity, and inner balance.

Incense and Resins

I use incense almost daily in my practice. Frankincense and myrrh are staples for ancestor offerings, while lavender helps me shift into a calmer state of mind. I also keep cleansing blends, such as dragon’s blood and sage, on hand. These are the brands and tools I enjoy the most.

Writing Journals

I’ve kept journals for years, and I have stacks of them on my altar and desk. I use them to record dreams, affirmations, and daily reflections. For me, journaling is not just about writing. It’s about capturing, reflecting upon, and integrating wisdom into my journey. These are some of the journaling tools I often recommend.

Creative Reflection

Reflection doesn’t always have to come through writing. Creative tools like adult coloring books can also help calm the mind, reduce stress, and open space for spiritual alignment. They give you a way to focus, relax, and tap into your inner creativity while staying connected to your journey. I often recommend these alongside journals as part of a mindful practice.

Ritual Candles

Candles are one of my essentials. I use them daily, alongside incense, for offerings, meditation, and setting a sacred space. I especially love natural candles that are both functional and meaningful. The candles I recommend are simple, reliable, and perfect for both ritual and daily life.

Divination Tools

Divination is an essential part of spiritual development as it helps you listen more deeply, trust your intuition, and connect with divine guidance. I encourage beginners to start with simple tools that are easy to learn, allowing them to build confidence over time. Whether it’s tarot cards, journals, or other starter kits, having the right resources makes the journey less overwhelming and more empowering. These are some of the divination tools I recommend for those just beginning to explore this practice.
