Return and Exchange Policies

Coaching Services

Asanee Coaching Services (ACS) does not offer returns or exchanges for any coaching services that have been delivered to clients. ACS does not offer refunds for missed coaching sessions that are due to the sole responsibility of the client. Failure to attend coaching sessions at the agreed upon date, time, and location means that the client forfeits payment rendered for the coaching session(s).

If clients are not satisfied with the coaching services received, they may receive a full refund for any unused or remaining services in their coaching package. Clients may exchange coaching services for coaching, graphic design, or other services of equal or greater value that are available in the ACS shop. Clients are responsible for covering the cost difference for services valued at a higher rate when exchanging services.

Cancellation Policy

Coaching clients are responsible for notifying their Coach of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled coaching services. The Coach reserves the right to retain prepaid charges for missed coaching services owing to the Client’s responsibility. The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule missed meetings.

Termination of Coach-Client Relationship

Coaches have the right to terminate the coach-client relationship at any time if the Coach deems that the client is unfit for coaching services due to medical or other serious reasons. The client will receive a full refund of any unused portion the coaching package.


Graphic Design Services

Due to the nature and scope of the graphic design services all sales are final. Graphic design services cannot be refunded once purchased unless the inability to render services is solely the responsibility of Asanee Coaching Services. Clients cannot receive refunds if they change their mind after purchasing services or are dissatisfied with the results of their services.

Clients may exchange graphic design services for graphic design, coaching, or other services of equal or greater value that are available in the ACS shop. Clients are responsible for covering the cost difference for services valued at a higher rate when exchanging services.
