Return and Exchange Policies

The following policies apply to returns, exchanges, and refunds based on product and service categories:

Coaching Services

Asanee 44 LLC does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any coaching services that have been delivered to clients. Our organization does not offer refunds for missed coaching sessions that are due to the sole responsibility of the client. Failure to attend coaching sessions at the agreed-upon date, time, and location means the client forfeits payment rendered for the coaching session(s).

If clients are unsatisfied with the coaching services received, they may receive a full refund for any unused or remaining services in their coaching package. Clients may exchange coaching services for other services of equal or greater value that are available throughout Asanee 44 LLC. Clients are responsible for covering the cost difference for services valued at a higher rate when exchanging services.

Coaching clients are responsible for notifying their Coach of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled coaching services. The Coach reserves the right to retain prepaid charges for missed coaching services owing to the Client’s responsibility. The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule missed meetings. Divination, Ritual, and Spiritual Services

Due to the nature and scope of the divination, ritual, and other spiritual services provided by Asanee 44 LLC, all sales are final. These services involve considerable time, effort, and other resources, which cannot be recuperated once initiated. As such, clients will not receive refunds for canceled or rendered services. See Divination Terms of Use for more details.

Courses, Digital Items, Clothing, And Apparel

Asanee 44 LLC does not provide returns, refunds, or exchanges on courses, digital items, clothing, and apparel. These items are not returnable due to the nature of their design, as they are either immediately accessible or customized. As such, customers will not receive refunds for canceled, rendered, or delivered offerings in these categories.

Oracle Card Decks

Asanee 44 LLC provides exchanges only for damaged, lost, missing, or otherwise corrupted oracle card decks that are not owing to the customer’s responsibility. Deck exchanges must be initiated within ten (10) days of delivery. The delivery date is based on USPS Priority Mail tracking records.

Exchanges for damaged or corrupt decks require the customer to return the original deck to Asanee 44 LLC. Once Asanee 44 LLC has received the original deck, a new deck will be mailed to the customer. Asanee 44 LLC will cover all shipping and handling fees related to the exchange.

Missing or lost decks must be reported to the shipping carrier before new decks can be sent. Once the customer files the appropriate claim and sends the corresponding details to Asanee 44 LLC, a new deck will be shipped to the customer at no additional charge. Asanee 44 LLC does not accept returns for oracle card decks.

To submit an exchange ticket, send an email to explaining the nature of the exchange. Our team will follow up with your request within 1-3 business days during normal operating periods. Exchange decks are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days of receipt of the original deck.

Shipping Policies

The following policies apply to shipping based on product categories:

Ifa Tradition Products

All Ifa products ordered through Asanee 44 LLC ship from Nigeria via DHL Express. Allow 3-5 business days for processing time and order fulfillment. Once items ship, customers receive a tracking number via the email address provided when purchasing the item(s). Items typically arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping.

Asanee 44 LLC Products

All products produced or created by Asanee 44 LLC ship out of the US. All free-shipping items are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Allow 1-2 business days of processing time for pre-made items and 3-15 business days of processing time for custom-made items. Once items ship, customers receive a tracking number via the email address provided when purchasing the item(s). USPS Priority Mail service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.
