The Àtẹ̀pa Ìwòrì Temple, located in Oyo State, Nigeria, serves as the spiritual foundation for all Ifá readings, rituals, and ceremonies conducted through Asanee 44. To become a member of our Ilé means embracing lifelong learning, spiritual responsibility, and active participation in sacred traditions.

Members receive teachings, guidance, and spiritual protection from elders and a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

How to Become a Member of Our Ilé

Membership in our Àtẹ̀pa Ìwòrì Temple in Nigeria begins when you embark on the initiation process with us. One typically starts this journey by receiving Ifá divination to determine whether they are aligned to receive an Òrìṣà pot or icon.

Ifá divination provides deep insight about your destiny, spiritual obligations, and the best course of action for your development.  Once this guidance is received, the initiation process can move forward more effectively.

At this point, you can decide if working more closely with the Orisa through a consecrated device is the right choice for you. If so, when you receive an Òrìṣà pot or icon, you become a godchild of the Babaláwo or Ìyánífá, who consecrates it for you.

This process typically establishes a sacred, life-long spiritual bond.
