Lineage, Training, and Accuracy

Our work reflects the guidance and instructions of the elders at the Atepa Iwori Temple. Each Ifá divination session is conducted with respect for the Odu Ifá corpus, and every interpretation reflects the primary Odu message revealed without personal modification or bias.

Honesty and Transparency

We provide honest explanations of Ifá divination results, costs, timelines, and the role of ẹbọ. We do not make promises of guaranteed outcomes or exaggerated claims. Pricing remains consistent with material and labor costs. Clients receive accurate, timely, and consistent information related to each Ifá reading session.

No Manipulative or Harmful Work

We do not perform negative spell work, manipulation rituals, or any practice intended to harm another person. We do not accept requests to influence, punish, or sabotage others. Our work follows the ethical standards of our lineage and supports iwa pele (gentle character), destiny alignment, and balance.

No Coercion or Pressure

Clients are never pressured into ebo, initiation, mentorship, additional services, or unnecessary rituals. Decisions about next steps belong entirely to the client. Our role is to ground the process through sound guidance and accurate education about traditional practice.

Confidentiality and Respect

We maintain privacy regarding all client information, Ifá divination details, and personal matters. Sessions are conducted with respect for the client’s cultural background, personal beliefs, and lived experiences.

Integrity in Ritual Work

When ẹbọ is prescribed, we carry it out according to instructions based on the Odu Ifá. Materials are used appropriately, and sacrifices and offerings are delivered in alignment with traditional standards and protocols. We confirm the completion of work with accuracy, integrity, and in a timely manner.

Clear Boundaries

We do not encourage or compel dependence or unhealthy attachment to Ifá divination. Readings support the decision-making process by offering direction for destiny alignment. But they do not remove a client’s responsibility for their own choices and conduct. Clients are expected to engage with the guidance of Ifá in a balanced and accountable manner.

Commitment to Iwa Pele

Our work is overseen by a Babaláwo who represents the standards expected in traditional Ifá practice. Every Ifá consultation and ritual is approached with respect, discipline, and the conduct expected of iwa pele (gentle character). This commitment guides how we serve clients and uphold the values of our lineage.
